We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, building long-term client relationships, and providing personalized insurance solutions. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and fully bilingual insurance professional to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth.Position SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent with 3-5 years of insurance sales experience who is passionate about helping clients protect what matters most. The ideal candidate is a strong closer, relationship builder, and team player who is fluent in both English and Spanish.This position requires in-office attendance Monday through Friday during training and probation. Following successful completion of the probationary period and a satisfactory performance evaluation, the position may transition to a hybrid work schedule.### Responsibilities* Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales activities* Quote, sell, and service Personal Lines insurance products, including Auto, Home, Renters, and Umbrella policies* Cross-sell and identify opportunities to expand client coverage* Follow up on internet leads, referrals, and agency-generated opportunities* Review policies and provide coverage recommendations* Build and maintain strong client relationships* Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage questions* Maintain accurate client records within agency management systems* Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention goals* Collaborate with team members to provide an outstanding client experienceQualificationsRequired:* Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License* 3-5 years of insurance sales experience* Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals* Strong communication and relationship-building skills* Experience quoting and servicing Personal Lines insurance* Excellent organizational and time-management skills* Proficiency with CRM and agency management systems### Preferred* Experience working in an independent insurance agency* Experience with EZLynx or similar agency management platforms* Multi-state licensing* Existing book of business or referral networkCompensation & Benefits* Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)* Uncapped commission opportunities* Performance-based bonuses* Licensing and continuing education support* Career growth opportunities* Hybrid work schedule after successful completion of probation* Supportive team environmentSchedule* Full-Time* Monday – Friday* In-office during training and probationary period* Hybrid schedule available after successful performance reviewWhy Join InsuraPro Advisors?* Established and growing agency* High volume of inbound leads* Strong carrier partnerships* Opportunity to make a significant impact on agency growth* Professional development and advancement opportunities* Bilingual, client-focused culture
