About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to take on a pivotal role in leading and managing all financial activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the company's financial administration, including month-end closing, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, liquidity monitoring, cash flow management, tax filings, data analysis, and business control. This role involves building and optimizing financial processes from the ground up, and the Head of Finance will work closely with the CEO and the founder as a key member of the management team, serving as the financial conscience of the organization. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, a Bachelor's degree in a financial discipline, and be fluent in both Dutch and English. The role is particularly suited to individuals who thrive on the challenge of establishing a financial department and are adept at implementing new processes and driving process improvements. The Head of Finance will be supported by an experienced Financial Accountant and will have the opportunity to grow within the company, with the potential to advance to a CFO position.
