Supply Chain Associate

Job Title

Represents the work group to Senior Leadership and Clinical Teams by communication of progress against goals. Converts Clinical demand into supply requirements for Clinical trials and communicates Clinical demand to supporting manufacturing groups. Tactically runs the day-to-day packaging, labeling, and distribution activities for global clinical trials to achieve planned start dates and study milestones. Maintains supply/demand tools, plans/executes necessary packaging campaigns and inventory movement to maintain adequate depot, vendor management, supports clinical supplies initiatives, IVRS development and management, attends/leads required meetings to communicate milestones and challenges that are facing current and upcoming projects, comparator sourcing, trains.

Must reflect on resume: Must test on Word AND Excel in Assess/ProveIt and pass Lilly's cut scores. See Supplier Guide for details. Must have a BS in Life Sciences or Technical degree, Must have 1 or more years experience working within supply chain (i.e., master data, materials management, procurement, BOMs) OR 1+ year in GMP environment. Must be an advanced Excel user (pivot tables, formulas, IF statements, etc.). Other requirements include: Excellent Excel knowledge and good writing skills

Primary Position Responsibilities (Major Or Daily Tasks)

Support introduction of new supplies, raw materials and their integration within Branchburg operations site. Support manufacturing activities from supply chain perspective. Create metrics on as needed basis using SAP and Excel. Create forms, SOPs, as required Be a part of cross-functional team and establish contact with quality, manufacturing, procurement and finance groups.
