We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations and lead a team of associates in a fast-paced environment.

Warehouse Lead Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 19.50 / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift (Sunday through Wednesday from 07:00am to 05:30pm)

Lead for an assigned warehouse department while providing support and flexibility across other departments as needed.
Respond promptly to requests from Brand Management and Inventory Management teams.
Directly support and oversee an assigned group of warehouse associates.
Delegate and assign daily work to team members based on business needs and priorities.
Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment by leading by example. Assist with order-related problems and identify quick, effective solutions.
Communicate effectively with team members through encouragement, active listening, coaching, and clear direction.
Work across DTC, Shipping, Receiving, and Problem Solve functions as a lead or associate based on business needs.

Warehouse Lead Qualifications:

Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Proficient experience with Google Suite, WMS (Shelf preferred), Asana (or similar task management software)
Strong problem-solving and motivational skills
Ability to motivate employees to maximize their efforts in productivity and quality
