Director, Business Line Strategy and Analytics - Private Wealth

Associated Bank conducts a thorough background check on all new hires.Align the development and execution of a Business Line strategy within the overall company strategy; monitor the creation and delivery of related strategic initiatives with Business Line leaders; create efficient business processes through collaboration and input from other Lines of Business. Prepare and identify meaningful reporting on comprehensive KPIs on customer acquisition, retention, channel migration, adoption, profitability, customer engagement, etc. Work directly with Corporate Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis on corporate initiatives and Business Line financial reporting and analysis. Serve as primary liaison to external consultants and benchmarking firms on selected engagements.What you'll do: Monitor, measure and report on comprehensive KPIs that provide targets for teams to work towards, allow leaders to gauge progress on initiatives, and provide insights that help make better decisions.Develop the business line "story” including the creation of materials and information that outline strategic business and financial updateWhere appropriate, responsible for the development of a comprehensive plan to prepare for portfolio purchases, business line expansions/additions, and any future acquisitions.Work closely with Corporate Strategy and Financial Planning and Analysis teams to focus on financial outcomes through strategies deployed to drive and refine the strategy.Conduct research and utilize information found to lead development and creative discussions on potential strategies to further the bank's position in the market, customer engagement and financial benefits.Participate and direct the strategic work of project teams and external consultants, provide consistent communication, assess ability to deliver, and collaborate with respective business leaders as needed.What you'll bring: Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Business or Finance Required.Experience: 7+ years in progressive experience in Sales, Business Leadership, Business Consultation/Development, Strategy Development, or similar role supporting strategy creation and/or business analysis with Sr Leadership.3+ years using SQL, SAS, R, or similar tools to extract, analyze, and summarize data for business decision-making3+ years translating analytical insights into business recommendations and presenting those recommendations to stakeholders3+ years defining requirements and driving a cross-functional project from concept through implementationLicenses and CertificationsMust have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable. by start date RequiredWe welcome and encourage applications from all qualified parties, including but not limited to people returning to the workforce, people with disabilities, those without a college degree, and veterans or those with military experience.In addition to core traditional benefits, we take pride in offering benefits for every stage of life.
