Job Title: Adolescent Therapist/Counselor Reports To: Adolescent Program Director Location: Imagine Westminster (Adolescent outpatient in Westminster, CO) Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday 11am-7:30pm AND Tuesday & Friday 8:30am-5pm MST Compensation: $31-45/hour Company: Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC began in 2009 as Ashwood Outpatient and officially launched the Northpoint platform in 2015. POSITION SUMMARY

The Adolescent Therapist/Counselor will oversee the therapeutic services provided to a caseload of clients. This individual will act as the treatment plan coordinator for the multi-disciplinary team in the development and implementation of the master treatment plan and the discharge plan for each client. The role includes providing individual, group, and family therapy for assigned clients, as required by contractual and licensure obligations. The therapist will actively communicate with support staff, treatment teams, and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues pertaining to clients and their families, and complete all documentation associated with these duties in a professional and timely manner.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Provide counseling, assessments, and group facilitation to individuals and families Coordinate all aspects of direct clinical care from admission to discharge Consult with the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide quality client care Provide orientation and education to clients, families, and others to aid in the therapeutic process Collaborate with assigned clients in the development of written treatment plans; include client and family involvement in assessment, treatment, education, and discharge planning Monitor clients on an ongoing basis to continually assess needs and facilitate treatment and interventions Document clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, diagnostic summaries, and progress charting in a timely manner to assure comprehensive and quality client care Actively participate as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and maintain effective working relationships with employees and peers Maintain professional boundaries with clients at all times Oversee and participate in the quality assurance and compliance activities of the facility Provide clinical updates to utilization review and representatives of managed care to best coordinate reimbursement of treatment services Coordinate with community-based providers and referral sources to ensure optimal levels of care and treatment outcomes, post‑discharge Case staffing and individual case supervision Facilitate individual and group therapy Adhere to all company policies and procedures Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care Other clinically appropriate services and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Social Services, or another relevant field Must hold an active mental health licensure in the state where treatment services are rendered Must maintain applicable state licensure requirements at hire and for the entire duration of employment 1+ year of experience in relevant field Ability to work with a diverse population and possess strong interpersonal skills required for treating adolescent clients assigned Must hold strong personal boundaries and be able to build rapport with patients Must understand and adhere to the ethical standards of the respective licensure governing board
