Conducts compensation analyses, assists with research and market data, and helps resolve incentive compensation-related inquiries under general supervision. Contributes to the effective delivery of incentive compensation programs that align with business objectives, market competitiveness, and organizational compensation strategies.****Position has in office expectations 5 days a week. Role can sit in Atlanta, GA, Orlando, FL or Charlotte, NC. This is NOT a remote opportunity.*****ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Supports the administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and pay policies.2. Assists with compensation reviews covering base pay, short-term incentives, and other pay elements.3. Conducts job analysis, job evaluation, classification, and market pricing activities with guidance.4. Performs routine compensation analyses to support internal equity and market competitiveness.5. Prepares compensation data, reports, and documentation for review by more senior compensation professionals.6. Responds to compensation-related questions and requests from internal stakeholders within established guidelines.7. Supports non-cash rewards and recognition programs through data analysis and program administration.8. Assists with compensation projects or initiatives and completes assigned tasks within defined timelines.9. Demonstrates understanding of compensation governance, controls, and regulatory considerations.QualificationsRequired QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in compensation, human resources, or a related discipline.3. Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals, including job evaluation and market pricing concepts.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.Preferred Qualifications1. Experience in the financial services industry.2. Progress toward Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.3.
