Opportunity Details Provide direct patient care, including outpatient clinic sessions, inpatient and emergency room consults, and supervision of resident clinics, with a focus on stroke care. Participate in the call schedule, as assigned. Provide clinical guidance and direction to other members of the healthcare team as needed. Mentor and educate residents and medical students. Qualifications Active, Unrestricted NYS License Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology Fellowship Training and board eligibility or certification in Stroke or Neuromuscular Medicine preferred (not required) Active DEA license Experience attending to an under-served population preferred Compensation & Benefits Annual Base Salary: $267,000 (Board Eligible) $272,000 (Board Certified) based on 40-hour work week. Annual total value of the compensation package: $389,220 (Board Eligible) and $394,720 (Board Certified), includes baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors. Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520. Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets. 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match required.
