Responsibilities Leading the transition of managed services projects, confirming seamless integration and delivery Designing and implementing automation frameworks to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual tasks Overseeing data transformation processes to provide actionable insights and support business transformation initiatives Managing offshore teams to optimize project resource allocation and performance Developing and executing strategic project plans, including risk management and resource management Facilitating continuous process improvement to drive operational excellence and innovation Utilizing data analytics and predictive modeling to inform decision‑making and strategic planning Coordinating with stakeholders to identify digital opportunities and implement automation solutions Providing coaching and feedback to develop high‑performing teams and foster a culture of inclusion Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems and drive business transformation initiatives What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 6 years of experience What Sets You Apart Leveraging automation framework design and development skills Utilizing data architecture and data‑driven insights Managing offshore teams with efficiency and effectiveness Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, Claude code, AI tools, and Azure Excelling in strategic questioning and problem‑solving Innovating processes for continuous improvement and transformation Leading complex projects with a focus on client support and advisory services Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
