Job Duties
Plans and schedules work assignments on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and project basis.
Establishes work priorities within available resources, management guidance, and project requirements.
Assigns work to employees and provides technical guidance on complex tasks and processes.
Monitors work progress to ensure quality, productivity, and timely completion.
Performs administrative supervisory functions for the work operation.
Communicates and supports management policies, programs, and initiatives.
Performs administrative supervisory duties by managing leave, identifying training needs, counseling employees on performance and work methods, recommending personnel and disciplinary actions, resolving employee complaints and grievances, ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping standards, and maintaining work records and documentation.
