Virtual Acquisitions Manager (Real Estate Wholesaling) | Full-Time, Long-Term
Pay: Competitive base + performance bonuses/deal commissions
Schedule: Full-time, remote. Must overlap with U.S. business hours (flexible within that).
About Us
We’re a U.S.-based real estate investment company specialising in direct-to-agent wholesaling. We’re growing fast and need a driven acquisitions manager to own the process from agent outreach to signed contract.
What You’ll Do
1\. Agent outreach: Call, text, and email agents daily to source off-market and pocket listings and share our buying criteria
2\. Qualify leads: Evaluate opportunities and log every detail and next step in GoHighLevel
3\. Make offers: Prepare and submit offers, negotiate terms, and follow up until accepted or closed out
4\. Run the pipeline: Keep leads organised, update KPIs, and make sure every lead has a clear next action
5\. Build relationships: Become the agent’s go-to buyer so deals keep coming back to us
What You Bring
1\. Proven experience in real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, or agent outreach (required)
2\. Clear, confident spoken English and a professional phone presence
3\. Strong negotiation skills and comfort making a high volume of calls
4\. CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred)
5\. Organised, detail-orientated, and self-managed
6\. Reliable, fast internet and a quiet workspace
