Gastroenterologist - No Call High Earning Potential
Join a leading, physician-led GI group seeking a f ull-time Gastroenterologist to support continued growth in Fairfax, Virginia. Enjoy a lifestyle-friendly schedule (8 AM - 4 PM) with no call , robust clinical support, and top-tier compensation. This is an ideal opportunity for both experienced GIs and new grads who are looking for a high-volume, patient-focused environment with a clear partnership track.
Position Highlights:

100% outpatient
No call (no nights/weekends/on-call responsibilities)
Scoping days: 14 procedures Clinic days: 20 patients
12 mid-levels & 14 physicians across the group
EMR: G-Med (Modernizing Medicine)
All major insurances accepted

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary : Mid $500Ks+ for new grads Up to $600K+ for experienced
Long-term earning potential : $700K - $1M+
Productivity-based RVU bonus
Partnership track available (terms discussed during interview)

Requirements:

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
Active Virginia medical license or willing to obtain
