Responsibilities

Our organization is in search of a licensed Physical Therapist to become part of our team at A Senior Living Community situated in Winston-Salem, NC .

Setting: Senior Living

Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Holidays or Weekends

Hourly Rate: Full-Time ($46-$49/hr) & PRN ($50-$55/hr)

Qualifications

Job Summary
The Physical Therapist (PT) will deliver a comprehensive range of physical therapy services, which include assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within a collaborative environment that adheres to professional standards and ethical practices.

Licenses and Certifications
Candidates must possess and maintain a current, valid state PT license or certification.
Current CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications
Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Experience: 0-1 years.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities aimed at enhancing patients’ physical capabilities.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and effective management strategies for their conditions.
• Keep precise and current documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
