What You’ll Do As a General Manager , you’re the heartbeat of your restaurant. You’ll lead your team, drive performance, and create an environment where both guests and employees feel at home. Your Impact: Build and develop a high-performing team (and future leaders!) Create a culture of energy, accountability, and positivity Own the business: staffing, scheduling, inventory, and P&L Deliver an exceptional guest experience—every shift, every day Execute marketing and brand initiatives flawlessly Ensure compliance, safety, and operational excellence What We’re Looking For You’re not just a manager—you’re a leader who takes ownership and brings people along with you. You Bring: 3–5 years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred) Strong business acumen (labor, inventory, P&L) Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams High energy, urgency, and accountability Excellent communication and problem-solving skills The Reality of the Role Let’s be real—this is a fast-paced, hands-on role.
