Family Nurse Practitioner (PRN) - Paragon Infusion Centers

Position Details Family Nurse Practitioner (PRN) – Paragon Infusion Centers Anticipated End Date: 2026-06-27 Location: 9560 Watson Road, Suite J, Crestwood, MO 63126 Shift: Days. Clinic is open Monday–Friday. Onsite requirement – no remote work. Candidates must reside within reasonable commuting distance unless accommodation granted. Responsibilities Administer ordered therapies per prescriber order, facility protocols, INS standards, and company policy. Complete admission process as directed by Center Director. Perform physical assessment on each patient as warranted; refer to NP on duty for complete assessment as needed. Document all pertinent data in the patient’s medical record; report significant changes or observations to the Center Director. Communicate effectively with other members of the IV team regarding patient status and observations. Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA laws and regulations. Evaluate patient response to therapy and document findings. Educate patients and/or family members regarding therapy plan. Participate in the Quality Improvement program. Ensure medication orders are complete, accurate, and up-to-date prior to treatment. Participate in the On‑Call program, which may include after‑hours, weekend, and holiday calls and visitations. Provide clinical coverage for nurse practitioners on PTO/LOA; support new market launches. Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary. Minimum Requirements MS in Nursing and minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; equivalent experience and education acceptable. Experience with IVs required. Current, active, and valid unrestricted NP license to practice in applicable state. Active, current, and valid Family Nurse Practitioner Certification. Multi‑state licensure required if providing services in multiple states. Complete a Tuberculosis test and Hepatitis B vaccine or signed waiver. Preferred Skills and Experience Healthcare experience with IVs. 2+ years of experience with IVs. Experience with Port, PICC, and Peripheral Line. Medication mixing experience. Titration experience.
