Maintenance Technician – Hillcrest Health & RehabLocation: Hillcrest Health & Rehab Address: 1702 Hillcrest Drive, Bellevue, NE 68005 Schedule: Full-time Starting Pay: $19.00+ per hour, depending on experienceHillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE.Hillcrest Health & Rehab is a skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care facility serving aging adults in Bellevue. The community provides short-term rehab, long-term care, and senior services in a warm, supportive setting, with a focus on high-quality care and helping residents and guests feel comfortable, safe, and cared for.What You'll Get to DoMaintain physical plant standards to help ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environmentPerform building repairs, including drywall, painting, masonry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and other general maintenance needsRespond to and complete work orders in a timely mannerComplete preventative maintenance tasks on scheduleDocument completed work in asset management softwareSupport OSHA and Life Safety Code compliance standardsAssist other departments by moving and setting up equipment needed for resident and guest careCoordinate with vendors as directed by the Environmental Services Director or AdministratorAssist with snow removal as neededPerform Life Safety Code audits as neededBe available for on-call support as needed and assignedWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAt least two years of building maintenance experience preferredSchooling in HVAC preferredKnowledge of HVAC systems preferredMaintenance certificate preferredDriver's license preferred to operate company vehicleAbility to stay calm, flexible, and professional in stressful situationsAbility to lift up to 75 pounds and perform repetitive sitting, bending, and standing movementsAbility to speak, read, and write EnglishStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentComfort using technology and resources efficientlySTAR mentality: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, RespectfulWhy Hillcrest?Hillcrest Health & Living offers a supportive team environment where your work matters.
