In this position, you will assess and treat patients in an outpatient environment, create and execute personalized care plans, document clinical results, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to facilitate patient recovery and enhance functionality. You will provide evidence-based care while upholding high standards in clinical practice and documentation.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in Rhode Island.
• Preferred: Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems.
