Operations Assistant Location: Indianapolis, IN (On-Site) Salary: $50,000–$55,000 depending on experience Position Summary A growing moving and storage company is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily scheduling, dispatch, customer communication, and administrative operations. This role is critical to ensuring efficient move coordination, excellent customer service, and smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate moving crews, drivers, and equipment schedules. Communicate with customers regarding move details and service updates. Assist with dispatch, routing, and daily operational support. Maintain job files, contracts, inventory records, and reports. Support storage operations and warehouse documentation. Resolve customer and operational issues in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Qualifications 3+ years of operations, logistics, dispatch, customer service, or administrative experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
