Sales Associate/Product Specialist
The Sales Associate/Product Specialist at Classic CDJR Lancaster is a high-performance sales role for professionals who want elite compensation and aren't afraid to earn it. Responsibilities:
- Attack the day with aggressive prospecting, outbound calls, videos, and relentless follow-up
- Greet customers with energy and build instant rapport
- Uncover customer needs through sharp questioning and active listening
- Match clients with the perfect vehicle and close deals consistently
- Demonstrate product features with confidence and handle objections like a pro
- Conduct compelling test drives that move customers closer to "yes."
- Negotiate win-win deals and guide customers through financing
- Crush monthly sales targets and compete to be the top performer on the board
- Complete sales paperwork efficiently and professionally
- Build a repeat and referral client base that pays dividends long-term
- Stay current on inventory, automotive trends, and competitive intel
- Improve constantlyevery call, every close, every day
Requirements:
- Proven sales abilityauto sales experience strongly preferred, but we'll consider top performers from other industries who can show results
