Key Responsibilities – Restaurant District Manager
Operational Leadership
- Maintain consistent execution of food quality, service excellence, and cleanliness standards across all locations
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Drive daily performance to exceed company benchmarks
People Development & Leadership
- Coach, train, and empower General Managers and hourly teams
- Build talent pipelines and create a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance
- Foster positive team environments that reduce turnover and increase retention
Performance & Financial Management
- Analyze KPIs, sales reports, and financial data to drive profitability and cost control
- Develop and execute action plans that deliver measurable results in sales, labor, and operations
- Monitor trends and proactively address opportunities or challenges
Compliance & Brand Standards
- Ensure full adherence to food safety, sanitation, labor laws, and all regulatory requirements
- Uphold company policies and protect brand reputation at every level
Strategic Growth Support
- Assist with new restaurant openings and market expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with senior leadership on regional strategies and long-term planning
What You Bring to the Table – Qualifications
- Proven Multi-Unit Experience : Minimum 2+ years as a Restaurant District Manager or equivalent multi-unit leadership in restaurants (casual dining, quick service, or drive thru service preferred)
- Strong Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and inspire teams
- Financial Acumen : Solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and data-driven decision making
- Travel & Schedule Flexibility : Ability to travel 40–50% within the region, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Guest-Focused Mindset : Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and operational excellence
