Position Overview Saphrin Collective is seeking an Associate Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, design-driven individual who is eager to contribute creatively while continuing to grow within a boutique residential studio. Working closely with the Principal Designer, the Associate Designer will support projects from initial concept through final installation, helping bring elevated and intentional spaces to life. Role Description The Associate Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site position based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This role is integral to supporting the design process across residential projects contributing both creatively and operationally. Responsibilities include assisting with concept development, space planning, and interior finish selections; preparing design drawings and client presentations; and supporting FF&E sourcing and specifications. The Associate Designer will coordinate closely with vendors, consultants, and project partners while maintaining accurate and organized project documentation. This role also involves participating in site visits, measuring and documenting existing conditions, and collaborating with architects, builders, and craftspeople to ensure the design vision is executed with precision. The Associate Designer will contribute to client communication, design reviews, and the management of project timelines and deliverables to keep projects on track. Key Responsibilities Oversee projects from initial concept through final installation, ensuring a seamless and cohesive execution Act as a central point of coordination among clients, vendors, trades, and consultants Develop and present thoughtful, well-resolved design concepts and client presentations Produce detailed furniture plans, elevations, and construction drawings using AutoCAD Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules and project momentum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Interior Design from an accredited program 4–6 years of experience in residential interior design Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Working knowledge of Studio Designer and SketchUp Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and carry work through to completion Strong eye for scale, color, pattern, and detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with strong time management capabilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
