Senior State General Counsel - Deputy Attorney General

The Idaho Office of the Attorney General, State General Counsel Division, seeks a Deputy Attorney General in Boise. This full-time position provides general counsel to state agencies, commissions and elected officials on contracts, procurement, employment issues, open meetings laws and public records requests.

Qualifications include an active Idaho State Bar license; preferred experience drafting contracts, employment law and education law.
