Job Description

• Develop comprehensive preconstruction budgets and estimates for construction projects.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Prepare detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Analyze construction documents to identify potential cost-saving measures.
• Lead value engineering efforts to optimize project costs and efficiency.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather accurate pricing and scope details.
• Present preconstruction plans and budgets to stakeholders for approval.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations in the construction industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Preconstruction Manager should have:

• A strong background in construction management or a related field.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and project management tools.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

• Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations.
