Responsabilidades
• Este puesto es fundamental para Wingstop Restaurants, ya que asegura el cumplimiento de los estándares de la compañía en todas las áreas de operación, incluida la preparación de productos, garantizando que se entreguen productos y servicios de la más alta calidad a cada cliente; sigue y comprende la importancia de una higiene personal adecuada y de los procedimientos de saneamiento.
• El cocinero del restaurante debe ser capaz de concentrarse eficazmente en su trabajo de manera tranquila, pero eficiente.
• Asegurar que cada cliente se lleve una impresión positiva y duradera de la experiencia Wingstop.
• Capacidad para aplicar procedimientos de cocina seguros.
• Leer y comprender rápidamente los tickets de pedido.
• Contar con precisión el número de alitas con hueso (*Bone-In Wings*), alitas deshuesadas (*Boneless Wings*) y tiras deshuesadas (*Boneless Strips*) requeridas para cada pedido.
• Coordinar el tiempo de cocción de las alitas con hueso, alitas deshuesadas, tiras deshuesadas y papas fritas utilizando el temporizador correspondiente.
• De acuerdo con los estándares de Wingstop: salsear, condimentar y empaquetar todos los pedidos.
• Colocar con precisión las alitas con hueso, alitas deshuesadas y tiras deshuesadas ya cocinadas en los tazones de salsa adecuados.
• Cocinar y preparar las alitas con hueso, alitas deshuesadas, tiras deshuesadas y papas fritas utilizando las freidoras y canastas correctas.
• Filtrar y renovar el aceite de las freidoras a diario, siguiendo todos los procedimientos de seguridad y utilizando el equipo de seguridad adecuado.
• Colaborar en el mantenimiento de la limpieza de la cocina durante todo el turno, aplicando la política de "limpiar sobre la marcha" y al momento del cierre.
• Notificar de inmediato al Gerente en Turno sobre cualquier problema relacionado con seguridad, saneamiento o personal.
• Asistir a otros empleados según sea necesario.
• Seguir las instrucciones impartidas por el Gerente o Supervisor.
• Conocer y comprender a fondo la importancia de una buena higiene y de las prácticas de manipulación de alimentos.
• Capacidad para comprender a fondo y seguir las instrucciones sobre cómo utilizar de manera adecuada y segura los productos químicos de limpieza.
• Poner en conocimiento del supervisor cualquier problema o inquietud que surja. • Está dispuesto a pedir ayuda
• Identifica y presenta nuevas ideas y soluciones para generar eficiencia en la operación
• Representa a la marca y al departamento de manera profesional y pulcra en todo momento
