We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to assemble, inspect, and test heaters, circuits, and wire-wound panels. Responsibilities:

• Assemble products following work instructions and specifications
• Perform soldering, crimping, cleaning, and inspection tasks
• Use hand tools and measuring devices
• Verify quality standards and complete basic production documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Experience with soldering, crimping, or assembly work preferred
• Basic math and computer skills
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New London, CT.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
