Immediately Seeking! Painter - Milford, Iowa Schedule: Monday Friday | 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Saturdays | 6:00 am - 12:00 pm as needed $18.50/hr OT required as needed
Job Duties
- Set up and operate powder coating equipment while applying powder-coated finishes to manufactured parts.
- Load and unload materials on the paint line, measure and identify parts, and properly label finished products.
- Monitor paint booth equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality finishes that meet production standards.
- Perform quality inspections using measuring tools, enter production data into the computer system, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned.
Safety Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, including overtime shifts.
- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Must be able to work safely in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
