Financial Controller

They are looking for a Controller to join their team full-time, on-site You will be responsible for: Overseeing general accounting and financial reporting Managing AP, AR, payroll, and cash flow Preparing financial statements and overseeing month/year-end close Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Job costing and project-based accounting Strengthening internal controls and improving financial processes Partnering with ownership, project managers, and department leaders Providing financial insight to support business decisions and long-term planning We're looking for someone with: Strong general accounting and financial reporting experience Controller-level experience in a small to mid-sized business Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Advanced Excel and accounting software skills Construction, real estate, or project-based accounting experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or similar certification is a plus T his is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, collaborative, and closely connected to the business and wants to join a company built around long-term relationships and quality work. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bay Shore Staffing
