Duties and responsibilities:

• Maintain units and records in compliance with Housing Quality Standards (HQS).
• Create and maintain the HQS inspection calendar.
• Generate and track work orders for failed inspections.
• Prepare notices and coordinate appointments with residents.
• Follow up with Superintendents and Managers on repairs and completion timelines.
• Communicate with residents, housing agencies, and property staff regarding inspections and repairs.
• Maintain accurate HQS tracking sheets, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
• Provide administrative and clerical support, including filing, correspondence, and recordkeeping.
• Assist with special projects and other team support as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Property management, affordable housing, or leased housing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate paper and electronic records.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with internal and external partners.

Skills/Qualifications

· Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision in a fast-paced, high-volume office, and appropriately set priorities and exercise independent judgment.

· Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

· Ability to multitask

· Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) preferred.
