What You'll Do
- Provide routine and complex nursing care to telemetry/IMC patients
- Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitor their effects
- Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided thoroughly
- Assess patient needs and deliver education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to adjust care plans based on patient progress
- Demonstrate clinical independence and adapt to evolving patient conditions
- Follow hospital standards and safety policies to ensure optimal patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:
- RN license valid in Texas or Compact state
- Current BLS (AHA only) and ACLS (AHA only) certifications
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in a related specialty
Preferred:
- Experience in telemetry/IMC or MedSurg units
- Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
