Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience in ICU settings preferred
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Cerner
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care
• Supervising staff and delegating appropriate care tasks
• Ensuring high quality and safe nursing care
• Supporting clinical staff competency and resource management
• Participating in unit-level quality initiatives
