This is a remote position.

Role Overview:
- This role emphasizes technical leadership, delivery ownership, and hands-on capability.
- The Senior Lead AI Engineer will mentor engineers, guide architecture and implementation, and collaborate closely with stakeholders while remaining capable of contributing directly to development when needed.
Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in AI/ML engineering with production deployments
- Proven experience leading teams or managing delivery
- Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Hands-on experience in LLMs, GenAI, RAG, embeddings, APIs
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable ML infrastructure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Requirements
- 7+ Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI)
- Background in NLP, computer vision, or time series
- Experience with AI orchestration or multi-agent systems
