Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN Stern Therapy Consultants Waterford, CT $35-38/hour Stern Therapy Consultants is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing setting in Waterford. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with residents focused on improving independence and daily function. Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assist residents with self-care tasks, mobility activities, and therapeutic exercises Reinforce adaptive strategies and equipment use during treatment sessions Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the OT Complete accurate and timely documentation Qualifications: Active COTA license required Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Direct Hire.
