PLEASE MAKE SURE CANDIDATE IS AWARE & PREPARED** Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Wellspan guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis. *Manager will interview Open Heart Intensive Care Unit (OHICU) is a 10-bed intensive care unit (ICU) that provides care to critically ill/postoperative cardiothoracic, cardiovascular, and general surgery patients 18 years and older. Procedures and care provided include, but are not limited to, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, patients recovering from open heart surgery, arrythmia monitoring and intervention, advanced cardiac life support, pacemaker/ICD management, IABP management, CRRT utilization, ventricular assist device (VAD) management, and ECMO. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS & BLS EPIC exp required RTO: MAX 7 days WEEKENDS: EOW CALL REQUIREMENTS: n/a HOLIDAYS: as needed FLOATING: may float to all ICU floors and med surg floors if needed ADDITIONAL INFO: Could care for COVID patients.
