Process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system and provide order information to customers. Pull orders as required. Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers. Show knowledge of products and their applications, provide technical advice, troubleshoot, and help resolve customers’ problems. Upsell by identifying related products, add‑on extensions, and informing customers of product promotions. Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Previous counter or inside sales experience (preferred but not required). Warm personality that customers will enjoy speaking with in person and on the phone. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to multitask counter sales, answer phones, and complete assigned projects. Construction supply knowledge (preferred but not required). Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred but not required). Coordinate with Warehouse Manager and Inventory Control Specialist to pull merchandise for showroom restocking. Maintain a clean and organized showroom. Reconcile day‑to‑day cash drawer. Support Branch Manager as needed. Demonstrated success in providing excellent customer service.
