Company: United Employment Solutions, Inc.
Location: Torrance, CA
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:30 PM | Occasional overtime as needed
Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary

Job Summary

United Employment Solutions is seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join a growing manufacturing team in Torrance. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with strong TIG welding experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work. If you have experience welding stainless steel and aluminum and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and other metal materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Measure, cut, fit, and fabricate metal components according to specifications.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, strength, and compliance with company standards.
• Perform grinding, polishing, and finishing work as required.
• Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and production staff to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of TIG welding experience required.
• Experience welding aluminum and stainless steel preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and fabrication processes.
• Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, squares, and gauges.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Welding certification is a plus.
