About the Role

We don't build in a vacuum - we get deep into how our customers work, understand what's actually slowing them down, and ship features that move the needle for them. If you want to see the direct impact of what you ship and be part of building something from the ground up, we want to hear from you.

*This is an in-person role based out of our Lawrence, NY office, with hybrid flexibility.

What you'll do

• Build and own full-stack features across our product - from the UI to the backend to the infrastructure it runs on
• Build AI-powered systems and help shape how we integrate them into customer workflows
• Make smart tradeoffs under uncertainty - sometimes the right solution isn't writing more code
• Take ownership from design through deployment, and live with the outcomes of your decisions

What we're looking for

• 3-5+ years of professional experience writing production-grade software
• Strong command of at least one modern language - Python or TypeScript preferred; Ruby, Java, or Go considered with strong experience
• Genuine interest in AI - you use it, you think about it, and you're excited to build with it
• Startup DNA - you're flexible, you take ownership, and you're comfortable with ambiguity
• Authorized to work in the US; able to work EST hours

Preferred

• AWS experience - Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS
• Infrastructure-as-code tooling - Terraform, CDK, Pulumi, SST, Ansible, or Cloudformation
• Experience at both a startup and a larger company
• Degree in CS or engineering - or equivalent experience that got you there
