United Talent Staffing is seeking dependable Order Picker & Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution team in the Clarksburg/Hepzibah, WV area. 

Due to a temporary increase in inventory, this assignment is currently offering an incentive pay rate of $17.00 per hour for the next two weeks. Once the incentive period ends, the regular pay rate will return to $10 per hour. Candidates may choose to work the two-week temporary project only or remain on the assignment full-time at the regular $10.00-per-hour rate.

Job Duties

  • Load, unload, sort, pick, and pack products.
  • Prepare orders for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow company safety procedures and meet daily production goals.

Pay & Schedule

  • Temporary incentive pay: $17.00 per hour for two weeks
  • Regular pay after incentive period: $10.00 per hour
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 8:00 PM–4:30 AM
  • Short-term and ongoing opportunities available

Qualifications

  • No experience required; training provided.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic.
