Evaluate underwriting policies, target productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Communicate findings, present information, and respond to questions from customers, the general public, and management. Qualifications Associate’s degree and at least 5 years recent underwriting experience with 2 years underwriting FHA loans. Thorough knowledge of mortgage insurance (MI) policies. Ability to meet target for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Ability to mentor processors and loan officers on new guidelines and policies.
