Field Nurse Case Manager We are seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to cover Knoxville and surrounding communities, including Maryville, Sevierville, and Oak Ridge. This is a field/home‑based position with travel up to 2 hours one‑way (4 hours round trip) to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and other locations. Responsibilities • Medical case management of work‑related injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals. • Work with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers, and employees, monitoring progress of injured workers and reporting results to employers and carriers. • Willingness to learn and take catastrophic cases. Qualifications Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee Experience in case management of workers’ compensation cases, preferred Must be willing to learn and take catastrophic cases Recommended certifications (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC) preferred; required within two years of hire Organization, timeline adherence, PC and technology skills, communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal) Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight Skilled at patient education Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required Valid Driver’s License and good driving history Benefits Health and wellness: PPO, HDHP, and HMO health insurance options with Cigna and Kaiser (CA employees only) Financial incentives: competitive salaries, 5% premium bonus paid over productivity requirements, premium pay for catastrophic files, cell phone and internet reimbursement, mileage reimbursement (federal rate), 401(k) matching contributions, employer‑paid life and disability insurance, flexible spending, employer‑matched HSA contributions.
