Sr Site Superintendent

The Senior Superintendent is the senior field leader responsible for the safe, timely, and high-quality execution of one or multiple data center buildings, major phases, or campus programs. This role drives field operations, trade partner performance, manpower planning, commissioning readiness, shutdown planning, logistics coordination, and superintendent development. The Senior Superintendent serves as the primary field counterpart to the Senior Project Manager and is accountable for delivering the field execution strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with the contracted scope of work.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
• Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.
• May perform Field Superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.
• Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
• Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
• Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.
• Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors in regards to quality of work or scheduling.
• Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
• Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
• Complete other such duties consistent with your role as you may be assigned by T5 management.

Recovery Planning

• Identify schedule slippage immediately.
• Develop recovery plans with measurable actions.
• Analyze manpower loading.
• Validate recovery feasibility.
• Hold subcontractors accountable.

Staffing & Resource Planning

• Forecast manpower requirements.
• Develop superintendent staffing plans.
• Coordinate shared resources across campus.
• Identify staffing gaps before impact occurs.

Shutdown & Energization Planning

• Lead MOP reviews.
• Coordinate utility outages.
• Manage switching procedures.
• Validate commissioning readiness.
• Ensure zero unplanned outages.

Superintendent Development

• Coach Assistant Supers and Supers.

• Build successor pipeline.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, required
• 10+ years Construction experience required (Experience with Division 2-10: concrete through finish trade)
• 3+ years Data Center experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Project)
• Yardi, Procore and Prolog experience, preferred
