Job Title: Application Support Specialist Duration: 1-3 Years Location: 520 W Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI, 48084 Interview Type: Phone Screening + In‑Person Interview Scope of Project Application Support Specialist. Onsite position in the Troy District Court providing end‑user PC, software, and courtroom audio‑visual support and troubleshooting for court staff and the public. Responsibilities Respond to and resolve technical issues for court staff (including judges and judicial staff). Learn the MiFILE application and other court‑specific technologies, including courtroom audio‑visual/recording equipment, to support users in their everyday use of systems. Examples include stepping into a courtroom to troubleshoot AV or computer issues during proceedings or helping staff with “How do I…” questions. Interface with and Escalate to County IT team for advanced support.
