We’re targeting candidates with 5–15 years of experience in the Tool & Die trade , ideally including 5+ years working at a Journeyman level . The strongest fits are individuals who have hands-on experience building complete production dies , not just supporting a tooling department. .

Die repair and modification
Tool assembly and die fitting
Tryout and debugging
Press troubleshooting
Trim‑edge development
Form development
Ability to work from part and detail prints
Blueprint reading and GD&T
Manual toolroom equipment
Machining blocks and details
Grinding and precision measurement
Production support and preventive tooling maintenance
You should be proficient in:
- Troubleshooting Skills
- Metal Stamping & Forming (Progressive Die)
- Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills
- Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience
- Blueprint Reading
