Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Esthetician & certified Laser Technician who is passionate about skincare, client results, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and sales-driven, with the ability to build strong client relationships and recommend customized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced skincare services including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion
• Conduct laser treatments such as laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other medical-grade procedures (based on certification)
• Evaluate clients’ skin concerns and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on treatment options, pre- and post-care, and homecare products
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation
• Ensure all equipment and treatment rooms meet cleanliness and safety standards
• Build long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Meet or exceed individual service and retail sales goals
• Stay up to date with industry trends, treatments, and technologies

Qualifications:

• Active Esthetician license (required)
• Laser Technician certification (required, per state regulations)
• 1–2+ years of experience in a medspa, dermatology, or aesthetic practice preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Sales-oriented with a passion for client results
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
