Responsibilities Run residential service calls and plumbing repairs with confidence Handle remodel plumbing and small-to-mid-size jobs with ownership Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and explain solutions clearly to customers Deliver clean, code-compliant, high-quality work Represent the company with professionalism and integrity Keep jobs organized, efficient, and moving forward Communicate well with customers, teammates, and office staff Mentor apprentices and lead by example Qualifications Current journeyman plumbing license valid for Omaha-area work Strong residential service and repair experience Ability to run jobs independently and think ahead Strong communication and customer service skills Pride in workmanship and attention to detail Accountability, consistency, and team-oriented mindset Respectful, professional, and dependable attitude Reliable attendance and strong work ethic What We Offer A family-friendly work environment that values teamwork and integrity.
