Essential functions include acting as a liaison between Sales, Project Managers and technicians, scheduling and confirming sales appointments, troubleshooting and supporting administration of Salesforce.com Program, administering Sales Pilot and SFDC access, sales pilot commission and job creation, reinforcing best practices for the commercial sales process and sales qualification for direct end-user and construction market sales, working with the sales team to ensure all paperwork is completed properly within the designated time, completing daily reports, monitoring and ensuring the progress and completion of assigned tasks, completing and submitting all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner, and completing other projects to manager and customer satisfaction, as assigned.

Required competencies include having a strong work ethic and being detail oriented, the ability to read and interpret blueprint, schematics, diagrams, instructions, etc. as presented in English, and the ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams and end users in English.

Qualifications include presenting proof of ability to legally work in the United States, clearing a drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law, a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), minimum 3 years of experience performing administrative duties required within a sales or service industry and working knowledge of ERP systems preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), good decision-making skills, being very organized and detail oriented, excellent oral and written communication, the ability to use discretion, problem solving and ability to escalate matters when needed, data analysis and interpretation skills, speed and accuracy with attention to detail, and scheduling.

Physical demands include sitting and twisting, using hands and arms to reach, handle, push, pull or feel, speaking and hearing, standing and walking, lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, and specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
