Location: 5401 East Independence Blvd, Charlotte NC
Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed.
Top 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing
The following is must: Field Tech experience client-facing/executive customer service. Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site. Warranty Dell support. Mac experience is a plus. Certification requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac
Work schedule: M-F/8-5/Overtime = YES/On-Call = YES
Full-time hours
1.5 years of experience required
Driving required: Yes. Travel between multiple locations during the week.
Assignment type: Contract to hire. Conversion rate: 22-26$/hr (depending on experience/certs)
