  • Engage collaboratively with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to formulate comprehensive care strategies.
  • Facilitate patient and family education to encourage progress beyond appointment times.
  • Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity of care during treatment.
  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards.
  • Keep abreast of advancements in speech-language pathology through ongoing education and collaboration among peers.
Education
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not ASHA-certified.
Certifications
  • State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hiring.
Skills
  • Expertise in implementing evidence-based treatment modalities for diverse age groups, with a deep understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing conditions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
  • Ability to tailor therapy techniques to accommodate varying cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
  • Strong clinical judgment paired with adept problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable navigating electronic medical records and maintaining proper documentation standards.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Flexible scheduling options to ensure an optimal work-life balance and diverse patient caseloads.
  • Opportunities to specialize in areas such as pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatrics.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) along with holiday remuneration.
  • Choices for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Reimbursement for continuing education and support for professional development.
  • An inspiring team-centered environment that prioritizes quality care and continuous learning.

Who We Desire

We're in search of a Speech Language Pathologist who is motivated by both compassion and results. You might be driven by the potential within a child whose voice needs coaxing or the tenacity of an adult navigating newfound challenges.

You may be a pediatric expert eager to delve into adult care, or a clinician focused on neuro rehabilitation looking to embrace the world of early intervention.

Whatever your area of expertise, if you're ready to serve with empathy and lead with confidence, we are eager to welcome you into our team.

Let's Uncover the Right Words - Together

If you resonate with the belief that speech captures so much more than mere sound, and that therapy transcends tasks - if you envision fostering trust before setting goals and find value in laughter alongside language - this is the next exciting chapter of your career journey.

Join us in a vibrant community that honors communication, connection, and the bravery that comes with every new beginning. Apply today to lend your voice to our mission and help others rediscover theirs.
