Lo Que Hars
Preparar y producir productos de panadera de acuerdo con los pronsticos diarios de produccin y las listas de preparacin. Mezclar, formar y preparar masas y productos de repostera para hornear y enviar a las tiendas. Operar equipos de panadera, incluyendo mezcladoras industriales, elevadores de masa y hornos. Reunir y preparar ingredientes manteniendo la calidad y consistencia de los productos. Seguir recetas, procedimientos de produccin y normas de seguridad alimentaria. Mantener un rea de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura. Trabajar en colaboracin con compaeros de equipo y lderes para cumplir los objetivos de produccin. Llegar puntualmente a los turnos programados y seguir las polticas y procedimientos de la empresa.

Capacidad para seguir instrucciones, aceptar capacitacin y aprender nuevas habilidades. Fuertes habilidades de trabajo en equipo y comunicacin. Persona confiable, puntual y comprometida con la produccin de productos de alta calidad. Capacidad para trabajar eficientemente en un entorno de ritmo acelerado. Experiencia previa en panadera, produccin de alimentos o manufactura es una ventaja, pero no es requerida. Disponibilidad para trabajar tiempo completo, incluidos fines de semana, das festivos y horas extras cuando sea necesario. Tarjeta vigente de Manipulador de Alimentos (Food Handler Card) requerida.
Requisitos Fsicos
Este es un puesto activo que requiere:
Permanecer de pie y caminar continuamente durante todo el turno. Agacharse, girar, alcanzar, empujar y jalar con frecuencia. Movimientos repetitivos de manos y brazos. Capacidad para levantar y mover regularmente hasta 50 libras. Capacidad para trabajar en diferentes temperaturas, incluyendo calor de panadera, refrigeradores y congeladores. Rango completo de movimiento para realizar tareas de produccin y operar equipos de manera segura.
Departamento de Pan y Lavado Incluye Turno 1 y Turno 2 (DEBE TRABAJAR TODOS LOS SBADOS).
