Desktop Support Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Reedsville, PA and provide end-user support. Duties And Responsibilities Troubleshoot hardware, software, wireless, and connectivity issues Image machines Perform standard hardware replacement Skills And Qualifications Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience Basic Network background Proficient in Win11, laptops, and desktops Basic Apple knowledge Supporting manufacturing division and sales Strong customer soft skills Certifications are preferred, but not required Manufacturing experience is highly desired and ability to work with tools Wage Range The rate for this position is between $22.50 - $30.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
