If you value working with aging adults, seniors and the elderly, we want you to join our team!Responsibilities and Duties:Performs personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):FeedingDressing/ShavingMedication remindersAssisting with prescribed range of motion exercisesPreparing special dietsDementia careCompanionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.Dressing, changing, ambulating and repositioning clientsPerforming housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning the bathroomPreparing meals and snacks according to instructionsAccompanying client on errands or medical appointmentsQualifications and Skills:High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.6-month of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or 6 months experience as a Personal Care Assistant in healthcare preferred1-3 years of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities)Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the jobPossess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance preferredPass a background checkCNA or HHA license is preferredINDVA#INDVA #J-18808-Ljbffr Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint
